کیفیت زندگی سالمندان ساکن در مناطق حاشیه ای شهر ایلام و عوامل مرتبط با آن

چکیده
در راستای توجه به مسائل سالمندان، پژوهش حاضر در پی آن است تا به بررسی وضعیت کیفیت زندگی سالمندان و عوامل مرتبط با آن بپردازد. روش پژوهش، پیمایشی است و اطلاعات مورد نیاز به شیوه کل شماری و با توزیع پرسشنامه در بین 206 نفر از سالمندان مناطق حاشیه‌نشین شهر ایلام گردآوری شده است. ارزیابی یافته‌ها بیانگر آن است که پاسخگویان از کیفیت زندگی نسبتاً بالایی برخوردارند و همبستگی بین متغیرهای مستقل نگرش دینی، سازگاری و حمایت اجتماعی با متغیر وابسته، معنی‌دار و مستقیم، و رابطه متغیرهای پرخاشگری و احساس بیگانگی با کیفیت زندگی معنی‌دار، اما معکوس است. همچنین رابطه معنی‌داری بین متغیرهای سن، وضع تاهل، وضعیت سواد، درآمد، چگونگی گذران اوقات فراغت و احساس محرومیت نسبی با متغیر وابسته مشاهده نمی‌شود. تفسیر نتایج تحلیل رگرسیونی نشان می‌دهد که متغیرهای احساس بیگانگی و نگرش دینی طی  دو مرحله وارد معادله شده و در نهایت 55 درصد از تغییرات متغیر وابسته یعنی کیفیت زندگی را تبیین نموده‌اند. در پایان راهکارهایی در زمینه بهبود و ارتقای کیفیت زندگی سالمندان ساکن در مناطق حاشیه‌ای شهر ایلام ارائه شده است.

Quality of Life of the Elderly Living in the Suburban Areas of the City of Ilam and its Related Factors

چکیده English

Due to the problems the elderly involved in, this study seeks to deal with the elderly’s quality of life and factors related with it. Survey method has been used and the required information have been collected through total number and questionnaires distributed among 206 aged persons of suburban areas in Ilam. Results indicate that respondents have relatively high quality of life; there is direct and significant correlation between the independent variables of religious attitudes, compatibility and social support with the dependent variable and significant but inverse relation between variables of aggression and sense of alienation with quality of life. Moreover, significant relation between variables of age, marital status, educational status, income, leisure, and the sense of relative deprivation with the dependent variable is not observed. The analysis of the regression results shows that the sense of alienation and religious attitudes have been entered to the equation during two stages and, eventually, they have explained 55 percent of the variations of the dependent variable, i.e. quality of life. Finally, some techniques have been presented to improve and promote the quality of life of the elderly living in the suburban areas in Ilam.
