In this regard, the different and significant aspects of the social problem are elaborated, while describing the different attitudes towards the origin and reference point to these problems. Then one can take the population into account as a social phenomenon and after a review of the history of pathological perception on population issues, the population would show up as a social problem by means of explanation of the problematic criteria and dimensions of population phenomena in the context of the social systems and emphasis on the complexity of population problems. In this case, this paper would offer some ideas on the conditions in which the population would be considered as a social problem, through the perception of the concepts of the social problems as well as population. این مقاله ابتدا به بیان دیدگاه های مختلف درباره مفهوم مساله اجتماعی می پردازد. در این راستا، رویکردهای متفاوت نسبت به مرجع تشخیص، منشا پیدایش و جوانب گوناگون و مهم مرتبط با مسایل اجتماعی ارایه شده است. مقاله سپس به مرور تاریخچه درک آسیب شناختی جمعیت می پردازد و در نهایت شرایط زمینه ساز قلمداد کردن جمعیت به عنوان یک مساله اجتماعی مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد. از این رو، این مقاله با بیان مولفه ها و ابعاد مساله آفرین جمعیت در بستر و چارچوب نظام اجتماعی، ویژگی های این نوع مسایل را مشخص ساخته و در نهایت از خلال درک مفاهیم مساله اجتماعی، ویژگی های این نوع مسایل را مشخص ساخته و در نهایت از خلال درک مفاهیم مساله اجتماعی و جمعیت به توضیح شرایطی پرداخته است که در آن یک وضعیت خاص جمعیتی به مثابه مساله اجتماعی تلقی می شود. https://www.jpaiassoc.ir/article_722688_90370b9616b41cd2e5ddfe93ce9c358b.pdf
