Abstract
Presentation of exposed changes in trends, forms, and behaviors of immigrants in North Khorasan caused by the redistribution of greater Khorasan in 2004 is a pivotal target of this research. The methodology of this research is based on the reconstruction of population data in the political area of North Khorasan and the utilization of the Rele and Reverse Survival Method in the PAS program to analyze trends of migration before and after political redistribution. This work is done within the framework of two approaches named "migration system of rural-urban" and "regional analysis of migration flows." Findings show that the redistribution in the northeast of Iran resulted in the development of migration dynamism, acceleration of the urbanization process in the province, and development of rotation boundaries from inner county to over-provincial migrations. And it caused the infringement of classic migration boundaries in North Khorasan and the entry of different groups of migrants from migration poles in the east and center of Iran to this province.
