There are some circumstances and factors that encourage them to leave and some that encourage them to stay. Therefore, the issue of rural youth immigration is not a common and concern-free process. These young people are always faced with choices in life. Accordingly, the main purpose of the present research is to find social factors affecting the migration. It also aims to determine whether attachment to the living place has a role in migration of rural youth. Using multistage cluster sampling and survey method, 800 young people in the villages of the two cities of Hashtrud and Osku were studied. Research findings derived from path analysis indicate that the place attachment, quality of life, investment in the place, life satisfaction, income and secondary education have a negative effect on leaving the village while the variables of being single, having immigrant family member, college education and unemployment have a positive effect on leaving rural areas.Attachment to rural community can act as a strong and long-term barrier to youth migration from the village.According to the high degree of correlation of the attachment to rural community with the levels of participation, sense of responsibility and investment in living place, this social factor can lead to economic productivity and has been a very effective factor in improving the economic and welfare status of villages.}, keywords = {Place Attachment,Stay of Rural Youth,Migration,Quality of Life,investment in the place}, title_fa = {عوامل اجتماعی موثر بر تمایل به مهاجرت جوانان روستایی با تاکید بر نقش تعلق به مکان}, abstract_fa = {از دغدغههای مهم جوانان روستایی این است که آیا باید در منطقه روستایی خود بمانند و یا جای دیگری را برای زندگی و محل کار خود انتخاب نمایند؟ شرایط و عواملی آنها را ترغیب به رفتن و شرایطی ترغیب به ماندن می‌کند. بنابراین، سوال اصلی مقاله این است که عوامل اجتماعی موثر بر مهاجرت جوانان روستایی چیست و آیا تعلق به محل زندگی می‌تواند در ماندگاری جوانان روستایی موثر باشد؟ در این تحقیق با استفاده از روش پیمایش، 800 جوان ساکن در روستاهای شهرستان‌های هشترود و اسکو مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان میدهد که تعلق به مکان، کیفیت زندگی، سرمایه‌گذاری در مکان، رضایت از زندگی، درآمد و تحصیلات راهنمایی تاثیر منفی بر ترک روستا و متغیرهای مجرد بودن، داشتن عضو مهاجر در خانواده، تحصیلات دانشگاهی و نداشتن شغل تاثیر مثبت بر مهاجرت از مناطق روستایی دارند. تعلق به اجتماع روستایی میتواند به عنوان یک بازدارنده قوی و طولانی مدت در زمینه مهاجرت جوانان از روستا عمل نماید. باتوجه به همبستگی بالای تعلق به اجتماع محلی با میزانهای مشارکت، مسئولیتپذیری و درنهایت سرمایهگذاری محلهای، این عامل اجتماعی نتیجتاً میتواند منجر به بهرهوری اقتصادی گردیده و در بهبود امورات اقتصادی و وضعیت رفاهی روستاها عامل بسیار موثری محسوب شود.}, keywords_fa = {تعلق به مکان,ماندگاری جوانان روستایی,مهاجرت از روستا,کیفیت زندگی,سرمایه‌گذاری در مکان}, url = {https://www.jpaiassoc.ir/article_34698.html}, eprint = {https://www.jpaiassoc.ir/article_34698_345af500afd1a649970bd6d1f95f8845.pdf} }
